Dear colleagues,
As many of you know, Contract Faculty are in negotiations with the University Administration to renew their Collective Agreement. As the CF Negotiating Team has reported (see WLUFA CF Negotiations), negotiations have stalled and WLUFA has called a strike vote to be held this week on October 4th and 5th.
Full-time faculty and librarians are showing their support for Contract Faculty by signing a letter that expresses their strong solidarity with CF in their struggle for better and more equitable working conditions. The letter also calls on the Administration to live up to its equity commitments by negotiating a fair and equitable Collective Agreement with Contract Faculty.
